We loved our stay here. Such a fabulous location and views of the sea. Francisco was helpful and we met some lovely people in the apt block. Great combination of an easy walk into San Pedro to feel the essence of Spain and being part of a multicultural vibe by the sea. Easy to walk the dogs and the shared garden was well kept. We will certainly be coming back.

Wir haben insgesamt sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Essentiell war für uns der Parkplatz in der Garage. Gute, hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Verwalter. Es gibt wenige Punkte, die unseres Erachtens besser werden könnten. Beispiele: Bettgestell im Zimmer Meerseite knarrt, bitte ersetzen; auf Balkon wäre kleiner Tisch praktisch. Küche: Espressomaschine vorhanden (positiv), jedoch Espressotassen fehlen; Gläser nicht komplett. Salon: Stühle unstabil. Dies soll konstruktive Kritik sein, um die Qualität noch zu verbessern.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location. We couldn’t fault the apartment at all, it was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Looking out onto the beach every morning was a dream. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough. Thank you for our stay.

We enjoyed staying here. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Views from the balcony were stunning made even more pleasant by the comfortable seating. Our host was there to meet us even though we were early. The apartment is well positioned for walking into Peurto Banus or along the wide promenade to St Pedro. If you like to keep fit then there is exercise equipment along the way. There are good beach restaurants in each direction where you can just drink and enjoy the sea view or tuck in to good food.
